Thomas Churchyard


(1798 - 1865)

Landscape painter born in Woodbridge, an honorary member of the Norwich Society of artists, who also exhibited at the The Royal Academy. He held a private collection of paintings by both Constrable and Crome.
His work currently sits in many public collectons including the Tate Gallery, the British Museum, the Ashmolean, Fitzwilliam, Christchurch Mansion, Norwich Castle Museum and many others.
